‘This season we’ve seen the team play up or down to their opponent’s skill level more often than not. Examples include their 5-3 loss to Colorado or their sloppy loss to Montreal. This game was no exception, and the Sabres played like they were one of the best teams in the division. While this isn’t the best quality to have, it’s certainly not a bad thing when the team can go up against one of the best teams in the league, play to their standards, and end a six-game losing streak.’
