Some key players get on a run for you, and we haven’t had that on a consistent basis yet.”’

‘Evander Kane continued tormenting goaltenders with two goals. All 14 of his goals have come in the last 25 games, and Thursday was his third two-goal outing.’

It’s a little frustrating when you’re behind the net and you see it in.”‘

Kari Lehtonen helps Stars hang on for win
‘”Well, the puck goes through [Buffalo defenseman Zach] Bogosian and into the net,” Sabres coach Dan Bylsma said. “The view, it’s not super clear, I guess, in terms of definitively saying where it ends up. It hits on his pad, or it sits on the side of his pants. At least on the view, it’s on the right side of the crossbar in our camera. I think the answer is they don’t definitively know that it crossed the whole goal line.”‘
