Suspension draws attention

Source: Buffalo News

‘”I think we stand by our statement from last week,” Quinn said before Saturday night’s game against the Maple Leafs. “I don’t think our situation influenced [the Janssen suspension]. We were talking about a global issue and a change in the standard and asking for a review of it. I think that will happen. I don’t like those hits. I don’t think they’re good for the game. I commend the league for taking action.”‘
