'"I think what was important for us when we went through things, it was just to have a good bunch of guys," Regier said. "For the veterans who had gotten over themselves it was a lot more about team success and doing well. We've got a lot of younger players, too, and so for them it's to continue growing. One thing I would say is this is a good group of guys, and they enjoy playing with and for each other. That's a good thing."'
