“Rick would line up about 10 pucks in a row on the hash marks and pick a spot on the net to shoot at. We would just keep zoning in on one area to get my hand-eye coordination focusing on a specific area of the goal. This is great to use during the game to visualize releasing the puck, if I see an opening on the goaltender. Rick is such an unbelievable shooter and he scored 50 goals countless times in the NHL. I was just trying to soak up as much information as I can from him.”'
