    I'm betting broken fibula. That sucks. Slew foot by Heatley. Why doesn't someone cross-check him in the face to make him pay.

     

    I'm starting to agree that our team is a bunch of pansies. Will someone please hit someone? Anyone?

    All we can do now is smile and say "thank you sir, may I have another."

     

    Stupid penalties, horrible PP, guys losing 1-on-1 battles, can't get a BB past Emery in the 1st period... good thing we play again Friday.

     

    Good thing it isn't against Ottawa.

     

    Better start lighting candles and hoping we don't see them in the playoffs.

    Not if they play Ottawa in the playoffs.

     

    This is a pathetic performance. I turned it off. First time this year I haven't watched a game to conclusion because I know it's over.

     

    Weak, slow, poor PP and soft goals. Not a good formula. Owned by Ottawa yet again.

    I'll take the win.

     

    Three concerns:

     

    1) LACK OF EFFORT. This team, IMO, is starting to believe they can just show up and win. If they keep that up, it won't be the case.

     

    2) Other teams seem to have figured out that they can clog up center ice and effectively snuff out Buffalo's offense. Lindy needs to adjust to this.

     

    3) Sloppy defensive zone passes. Oh my God.

    They were showing lots of sabres fans on Versus in the third.

    But the biggest homer call was in the third period when the "Let's go Buffalo" was

    audible on the broadcast. Emmerick said, "Let's go Devils is the Chant".

     

    NIcely done anyway.

     

    I caught that too, and yelled "What the hell is HE hearing" at the TV.

    This is the one game all year I won't be able to "watch". With directv I can't get Philly's comcast (and it is ofcourse blacked out on CI for me)and I will not watch with 99% Philly fans (if I can't cheer like I want to, it isn't any fun). Thank God for being able to listen to RJ on the computer!

     

    Hey, If that ever happens to you again, I'd be happy to host you, I Have CI on cable, so I still get comcast. And I'vegot hi-def. So PM me.
