thanks for the info.Larson came to the Sabres in the Pominville trade, he played about 15-20 games early this season, he hasn't played since the beginning of the year. I don't think he scored (to lazy to look it up this morning), but I know the Sabres where high on him during training camp, but I think he was sent down to the Amerks after not producing with the Sabres (they could send the whole team down for that reason).

I think I just saw Leino in the stands drinking milk from a plastic bag.

Any enforcers on the Canadiens?? If we're tanking I'd like to at least see Konopka or Foligno throw down. The stick slaps on the goalie are getting ridiculous.

Yeah, Paul Hamilton confirmed his ankle is wrapped...so apparently not an ACL/MCL....unless (a) the kid has ######in long ligaments, or (b) our trainers consulted a fake page on Wikipedia for "knee pain first aid" directing them to wrap the ankle.Interestingly I'm reading Stewarts ankle is wrapped in ice not his knee. Maybe that's a great sign that it wont be the dreaded torn aclI s expecting to hear.

I might never forget the cold winter night he started talking about soup — split pea soup to be exact. It made my mouth water. He was an authentic voice, and I think Buffalo folk tend to like that.
He was a lot of fun. And the ladies loved him...he always had a soft spot for the ladies. ;)

Tis true...I miss Artie. Having this screen name is the only way I can honor his "saliva spraying tirades" which were part of his radio show for so many years.
You have to understand, Art, that for many of us here the only way to tolerate our Sabres addiction is by imbibing generous amounts of alcohol. Many of us are dysfunctional, much of the time. Not unlike our favorite hockey team.
So as a Bills and Sabres fan my liver is already pickled.

My guess would be this board is about 80-20 in favor of the "tank", but I could be wrong.
