Sabres bounce back, blank the Kings 3-0

Source: WGR-AM

‘The Sabres faced a tough test to start the third as the Kings had some 5-on-3 power play time carry over from late in the second period. Both Jake McCabe and Johan Larsson found themselves in the penalty box for high-sticking and slashing minors, respectively, giving Los Angeles 1:11 of 5-on-3 time to work with. However, the Sabres were able to weather the storm and escape the penalty kill with their three-goal edge.’
