Kelowna kids go quickly in NHL draft

Source: Kelowna Daily Courier

‘Many experts say Myers is a steal at No. 12. He needs to fill out his six-foot-seven and 205-pound frame, but he has a huge reach and can skate well for a big man. “I‘ve still got some work to do,” said Myers, who was born in Houston and raised in Calgary. “I know it‘s a very hard league to crack. I need to put on some weight – with this six-foot-seven frame, it‘s hard to – but this is a big summer for me.” ‘
