‘“You learn from everything,” Sabres General Manager Darcy Regier said. “You try to take whatever you can learn from the new collective bargaining agreement. You get a feel for the way the league is. You look at what transpired this summer. Then you look at the available free agents for next summer. It’s obvious to me that we’ll see a lot of what we saw last summer, next summer.”’
