'Condors Director of Hockey Bob Bartlett has worked long hours throughout the summer to try and secure an affiliation, mostly with the Buffalo Sabres, who have not had an ECHL affiliation in several years. As of Wednesday, the Sabres had not given Bartlett a yes or no answer. The Sabres open training camp today and their AHL affiliate, Rochester, N.Y., opens camp on Sept. 23.'
