season schedule

The dates are all one day off.

For example, October 15th is a Saturday, not a Friday.

Is this last year's (cancelled) schedule?

This schedule isn't accurate. The season begins on October 5th, the Sabres aren't going to play until 10 days after that???

I saw the same schedule on TSN.CA as last year's schedule.

I think the "sources" are pulling your leg.

I received it as a wordpad text file attachment in an email from a friend. I didn't catch that, but you're right, it does appear to be a day off. I checked it against an old schedule and you're right again, it appears to be from last year.

I need to delete a certain post I just made and fire an email off to my bud.

Sorry guys. I was duped and I did the same to you. B-)

I thought we were to play all Western Conference teams once - either at home or on the road. Was I wrong - I don't see a game against Nashville, which is only important to me if it is in Nashville.

Sorry I dont have a link at the moment, but I remember reading it would be a system where each team would play the teams in one division at home, and the teams in a different division on the road. The divisions they play would rotate every year. I don't remember if all teams in your division play the same other two divisions, but that would seem to make the most sense.

Edit: Here is a link.

Each team does play the same two non-conference divisions as each of the other teams in its own division.

yes. i would. I was at the last canes/sabres game in raleigh, during the big ice storm 2 years ago. the building had about 5000 sabres fans and maybe 50 canes fans in it. Great stuff.

Man 50 Canes Fans? Must of been a good day for the Canes

yeah, they got killed 5-0 or something to that effect. What was more impressive was the number of suvs, mustangs, and camaros on the side of I-40 and 95 driving home. I can see the stangs and irocs, but there was a LOT of suburbans and explorers spun out too. PEople down here just don't know how to live or drive!

Cool. I look forward to it. Do you have kids? I'll be bringing my teenage son with me.
