I have been a Sabre fan since the Days of Donnie Edwards and Bob Sauve............Have been blessed to see a lot of fantastic goalies, and I finally got to see Miller play an entire game, (against Tampa Bay)...........Needless to say I am very impressed, hey made some fantastic saves in the 3rd period and I can see why they are playing him and not Biron..............Its nice to see the next great Sabre goalie getting a chance to play............. :D

Greatest goalie ever, period. Yes, I'm aware of Mr. Plante.

i second that.

Roy was clutch, but hasek was the best ever... Also falls into other categories:

--lucky to be alive (you try crashing a ferrari into a telephone pole)

--lucky to not be in jail (drunken incident--see ferrari reference)

--Lucky to have slinky for spine

Then there's me:

--Lucky to have seen hasek play with my very own eyes

--Lucky to be able to tell my grand children that i saw Dominik Hasek play

Having a slinky for a spine...8 million a year.

Flailing around on the ice everytime someone breathes on you...2 min for opposition.

Getting Ted Nolan blackballed for eternity...Priceless.

now, there's a good benefit to screwing your boss's wife.

I'm glad that i got to see hasek become one of the all -time greats. It was definitely a pleasure to see him in the Aud and HSBC throughout my childhood. The only thing that i can parallel that to in other sports is being able to meet many of the super bowl bills (bruce, thurman, kelly, talley etc.)

All in for Ryan Miller. With all due respect to Hasek, I'll always be fond of Roger Crozier. The guy was an acrobat when Buffalo had nothing else but number 11.
