I was hoping for something that actually raises up off the head a bit. The super pointy ones obviously don’t work with a helmet, but this one is a bit disappointing… for now.

Kulich on the 4th line leaves a lot to be desired but it's a numbers game

And this 4th line may bring a bit more to the table than just grinding.  Kulich has a lot of offensive talent, Malenstyn has great speed (and is good for 1 or 2 spectacular goals per season) and Carrick showed some scoring in his short stint with the team least season before getting injured.  It reminds me a bit of the banana slug teams that rolled 4 lines, all of which could score (to some degree).  This isn't to say that Kulich won't move up the lineup, but it's more to say that the Sabres have some pretty good depth of offensive talent.  Even if Krebs goes back to the 4th line, he's not without some offensive talent himself.  None of these guys are threatening to score 50, but they can put the puck in the net.

Probably some red snapper and pink tacos from the women that are swooning over them every time they go out. 😂

Kulich is a hard working forward and he'll fit in just fine with Carrick and Malenstyn just like Benson did last year.  Also like Benson, don't expect him to stay there.

After watching Jiri for years in ROC, he definitely works harder in the offensive zone than anywhere else. The fourth line isn’t a natural fit.

I actually like that intial lineup very much.  Give it a chance. Carrick is a great passer in addition to faceoffs.

But it is very easy to swap Krebs and Kulich and then the 4th line is a "true" 4th line when Ruff wants/ needs that.
