My guess(es) on why a young Sabre would buy a massive new(er) build in Clarence: * He likes what the yard has to offer (fenced for privacy, in-ground pool, sick barbecue/patio area). * Having all that space makes is easy for him to host family and friends when they come to town (some for extended periods of time). * Clarence generally avoids the worst of the winter season's lake effect. * Just about every national chain imaginable is out there on Transit Road. (Not my cuppa, but I'll be it's theirs.) Quote
