I spent too much of the morning watching the replay of the third period of Game 1 against Bruins. Man it was amazing to be there and something I will never forget. Thanks to whoever listed their ticket and I could extend a work trip to make it all work. That weekend in Buffalo was magical.

So we are officially out of things to talk about 🙂

I'm curious as to how you purchased your ticket? Was it an individual, franchise or a ticketmaster listing? Was the price reasonable compared to the face value of the ticket?

I picked it up third party for ~$650 fees included. The stay at harbor center was significantly more than the tickets but I picked the whole weekend to be safe. The same section similar row was pushing 3k on game weekend but quite frankly I probably would have paid that.
 

I was teaching a guest lecture and seminar at a college in Albany so flights were “free” and I just took the train to Buffalo.  All in all worth every penny (even if there was some small regret at the beginning of the third)

Don’t know where else to put this, but on Sabres Live today Zenon Konopka told an incredible story about getting an unexpected call up to a game in Buffalo to fight Adam Mair and it was a terrific story.
