msw2112 Posted July 7 Report Posted July 7 (edited) I like the entrepreneurial spirit of the Sabres' 4th line. Carrick and family have the maple syrup business, and Malentsyn and family have the microbrewery. I'm interested to see who will be the right wing (or the left wing if Beck is on the right) on that line and what business he and his family owns. Edited July 7 by msw2112 2 Quote

Well sometimes Benson plays on the 4th so he brings the donuts. Pretty much a McKenzie brothers skit. Quote

I picked up my daughter from swim practice yesterday and called her a "wethead" and told her to "towel off." Then, I just had to play "The Beerhunter" bit for her. I thought it was funny. She thought her dad was a crazy loon (and she's probably right). Edited July 7 by msw2112 2 3 1 Quote

But really, when your first name is Beck, and your last ends in styn (just spelled differently), how could you not be involved with beer! There is a Sabres marketing opportunity here. 2 2 Quote

If Wegmans sells Josh Allen’s family produce they should be selling Becks beer and Carricks syrup 2 2 Quote

I know Labatt's is the Sabres official beer sponsor Wegman's needs to import a few cases of 'Styn beer. 1 Quote

Coming from Buffalo, naturally I had developed this talent and it was on full display when I was rushing the house, and I scored a bid. For some reason, I don't think they can get away with that sort of thing these days. I most certainly could not do this today, nor would I even attempt it. Edited July 8 by msw2112 1 Quote

If they have someone to bring the beer, someone to bring the syrup then a livestock farmer makes sense for the BBQ days, no? 😋 Quote

Can't remember the last time I even shotgunned a beer. Quote
