The Bruins scout actually said there were “concerns” about both Reed and Carels potential as difference makers at the NHL lvl. He said they’d need more development time than Rudolph and Smitz, the Rangers and Lightning scouts in the same section agreed. Cool story! Kinda surprising they were this candid. I get the pick had already been made, so no cloak and dagger needed. But interesting and cool! Were you in seats where you had connections, or were these guys just that accessible and candid at the same time?!? I kinda assumed teams scouts would not be present in Buffalo, since the teams all made selections from home. Do they send scouts as the ambassadors in person, but aren'tr actually involved in war room decisions? Kinda wild. Especially to me as a fan whos 99.9% NFL draft, and lightly tune in on the others sports drafts Quote

Miami (OH) as well for that matter. Serious question, how do you watch college hockey like that? Is there like a Sunday ticket for college puck? Quote

ESPN+ has arrangements with most of the college conferences to broadcast their games. Despise most things Disney and many things ESPN, but ESPN+ for actual sporting event coverage is well worth the price. Quote

Way too often my game doesn’t show up in the list and I have to type it into the search. Quote

There are basically four main options: Home - live action, Home - start from beginning, Away - live action and Away - start from the beginning. But they make you wade through two or three levels of menus to do that. Quote

I will need to subscribe to the NCHC conference TV streaming service, but I haven’t researched the price yet. A game may occasionally be shown on ESPN+ as well since they are a good conference and the games are competitive. I’d be able to catch Rudolph at Denver, Morozov at Miami (OH), and Kleber at Minnesota-Duluth with that subscription. Quote

Their decision to give Trouba 8.25 and trade for Nurse was perplexing and a bit sus, IMO. Edited July 4 by Rasmus_ Quote
