You are making the assumption I disliked Adam’s, that is not the case. We fans have every right to express our emotions, we foot the over all bill in the long run of this business.

If fans, including myself, show frustration at a product we’ve consumed since birth or from a young age on, that is one of the natural forces of loyalty expressed through said emotion. I was equally displeased with Regier, Murray, Botteril if that makes you feel better.

He did acquire much of this roster, no one is denying this. He also took 5 1/2 years, that is a good amount of time to at least get in to the playoffs. Your dogged defense of him is noble to be sure, but ultimately it was the lack of product success on the ice that put him out of the job. That, in point of fact as the GM, does rest with him. No matter how you defend it.
