This dude is easily in my top 5 NHL villains.  I’ll never forget or forgive him for completely mailing in his entire Sabres tenure. Just a lazy dog ***** person.

I don’t agree with this. The 2021 covid Sabres were atrocious. They were led by perhaps the most in-over-their-heads GM/HC combo in the NHL’s cap era. Prior to Krueger being replaced by Granato, no player on the team was thriving. Somehow, Hall stands above all others as the player fans have chosen to symbolize that team’s malaise. 

I do recall that on March 16th of that year, with the team at 6-15-4, Hall took a serious slap-shot directly in the mouth, and came back to play later in the game.

Was he a mercenary that year who took advantage of a GM who sold the plan to cut costs, but then had an owner say, "If we get Hall... we're a contender!" ? Yes. But the fitness level speaks more about Chicago than it does about Hall or Carolina.

It's like when Mitts got traded to Colorado and was like, "crap, the practices here are tough." Because between the altitude and the attitude it was night and day vs. the Adams/Granato perpetual rebuild machine.

We as a fanbase expected more from a former Hart Trophy winner.  He was a huge reason the team was 6-15-4 on March 16th or whatever.   

He showed nothing.  No effort, no leadership, no emotion, nothing.   Which is consistent with the majority of his career.  Former first overall, he did nothing in Edmonton.  He had one really good season in his life and he somehow wins a Hart Trophy. 

F*** Taylor Hall.

Ive been 50/50 all week on who I want to lose. I guess I won’t find out until the games start. Anyone feel the same? All week ive been saying hurricanes but now I’m leaning Vegas 

just glad one team gets to lose

 

also. It’s 8:15 and this game hasn’t even started yet. Why can’t they start these games at 7 when 75% of nhl fans are east coast fans?

Yea, he texted me this morning, told me to purchase the round trip ticket and to take Friday off cause se I won’t make it back in time for shift lol

i start my 4 7pm’s to 7am’s Friday night, already put a PTO day request in for Friday cause I won’t be back until Saturday lol
