Geez i haven't thought about that place since the mid-80's.  Some memories,  as well as The Dugout in Ithaca.

The Rongovian Embassy has been closed for some time. Sorry to say.

I remember it but I don't think it's around anymore.   The only Ithaca party bar from the late 80's, still in existence with the same name (that I'm aware of) is Simeon's.  But nowadays it's a petty nice restaurant too... not just a bar for college kids to get hammered.
