And before anyone says it, no this isn’t too dramatic. I don’t know why people keep telling me I’m dramatic. I can do the easy ones, but beyond that... 1 Quote

LTS Posted May 16 Report Posted May 16 Welp, the kid bought tickets to the arena for tonight while I was traveling last week. Guess I am going. Hoping it's not an end to the season, but I'm concerned because they've not looked like they have answers to Montreal. They've only looked like they've been able to hang on a few times. Quote

rickshaw Posted May 16 Report Posted May 16 My feeling for tonight is we either win a tight one, or lose bigly. Hope it’s option A 1 Quote

Not being pessimistic, but I don't think this group has the juice needed; and certainly not enough to win 2 in a row against this blazing fast Habs team. We've been outworked and outplayed this entire series, save for a half a period here or there. Would enjoy being very wrong on this, but just calling it how I'm seeing it. In any event, if we do go down, go down swinging. Montreal lost to Tampa in Montreal last series with a chance to clinch the series. I think Montreal does not let that happen again, so says my head. My heart says, "Destroy them and send their fans home miserable again"! FWIW, I have a big heart but not a big brain, so I am optimistic. 1 1 Quote

#freejame Posted May 16 Report Posted May 16 The last time I had Gabe’s Gate before a Sabres game was 12/22/2010 on my 19th birthday right after getting my first tattoo. The Sabres won that game 5-2. I’m there now. Dial up a repeat. 2 Quote
