Konjac noodles, chicken, and tons of veggies in a stir-fry.

Working toward single digit body fat percentage and getting my abs popping for the summer.  

Late start this year but making good progress.

With my diet and exercise regimen I'm rocking some nice 12-pack abs myself.

I’ve lost 20 pounds recently but not looking for a pose-down. I did it for my knees. First time below 200 lbs since the late 80’s.

I will have a nice breakfast for everyone afterwards. But it will be super late since my goal is to get home just before 11 and watch the replay "live."

Yeah, the body appreciates it quite a bit as you get older when you are carrying less weight to put extra strain on the joints for sure!
