mjd1001 Posted March 6 Report Posted March 6 (edited) small changes around the edges/bottom of the roster. Nothing really big for anyone. Detroit got a good vet D-man, but I don't think he's changing that team. Edited March 6 by mjd1001 Quote
BullBuchanan Posted March 6 Report Posted March 6 I would say we did, because we made ourselves more resilient which should raise the floor of the team considerably. It would have been nice to raise the ceiling, but I guess there really wasn't anyone out there that made sense. I'll feel a lot more comfortable in 1 goal games than I did before. 1 Quote

dudacek Posted March 6 Report Posted March 6 It’s remarkable how little was done: Islanders got the biggest name, assuming there’s something still there, Detroit addressed a need with a quality player in Faulk. Sabres got tougher. But I dont know that any of those moves tilted the odds and they are the only ones that could. Quote
Nacho Libre Posted March 6 Report Posted March 6 Sabres did well to insulate what they already have - which seems to be the name of the game this year more so than actual improvement Though the new players will help shape the team in Jarmo’s image culturally Quote

The best thing about this deadline is that no one made a significant move and in my opinion, Buffalo is clearly better than everyone but Carolina and Tampa and might be on par with both of them. 1 2 Quote

... Posted March 7 Report Posted March 7 It looks like the East is fortifying positions for the 2026 Battle of Eight Armies. These may be the most physically intense playoffs in many a moon. 1 Quote
