xzy89c1 Posted March 2 Report Posted March 2 We will get a good dman back when timmins returns. He was playing well and took first PK much of the time. Kesserling has been a massive disappointment to me. Metzsa might be better in a limited minutes role. I think we are looking for another D and a bottom six forward. Quote
LGR4GM Posted March 2 Report Posted March 2 (edited) I wonder if this will be like past deadlines where on the 4th and 5th a bunch of moves happen leaving the 6th to be a bit anticlimactic Edited March 2 by LGR4GM 2 Quote

The arena is empty except for one man, Still driving and striving as fast as he can. The sun has gone down and the moon has come up, And long ago somebody left with the cup. But he's driving and striving and hugging the turns, And thinking of someone for whom he still burns. 2 Quote

Porous Five Hole Posted March 2 Report Posted March 2 I think it is going to be a quiet deadline. Between 1) all the usual buyers that have been buying for years finally being out of assets, and 2) what seems like every top six player having a NMC, 3) there’s almost nothing available at UFA in July if you trade out talent now (except Tuch), and 4) the surprise playoff salary cap (that’s a thing now I think)…I think this deadline will be a dud. 1 Quote

shrader Posted March 2 Report Posted March 2 I wonder if we'll see a good amount of shuffling of the deck at the AHL level, Jarmo starting to change up the system more in his image. Quote

Rochester needs it. I cannot remember the last time the Amerks lost six in a row and that’s where they are right now. 1 Quote

When I look at the various lists of who's "on the block," I tend to agree. I've been hearing "buyer's market," but when I look at the market, there's not much there. It's like a sale at a Soviet supermarket. 1 3 Quote

Huckleberry Posted March 2 Report Posted March 2 Kevyn Adams set this team perfectly up at start of season, no reason to add more. 1 Quote
That Aud Smell Posted March 2 Report Posted March 2 Detroit gets Petterson (sp?) for a good prospect and a 1st. Damn. Quote
That Aud Smell Posted March 2 Report Posted March 2 Oop. I may have been got by fake news. The guy who texted it to me is notoriously unreliable because he falls for everything on Twitter. I don't find the news myself when I search. 2 Quote

PerreaultForever Posted March 2 Report Posted March 2 Prices/asks are apparently very high right now. I suspect they will drop at the 11th hour. The good GMs will separate themselves from the pretenders at that moment. 2 Quote
