I was all excited to have this tasty tidbit for the gameday thread: Eriksson Ek got injured in the Wild game vs. the Islanders. They would go on to lose in OT. They then followed this up with ugly losses to the Devils and Jets. And yesterday morning it was known he was going from out/day-to-day to IR. Then the Boldy news broke and it was both of them going to IR and it's all out there. Boldy missed no shifts during the game so the Wild reporters are wondering what caused it. Brodin and Bogo are already on IR. NAK is recalled. David Jiricek called up on defense. Don't overlook this team, but now they're only a one-man show at forward. JEE is a critical key to their team -- he's their Hischier-lite pivot. 1 Quote

If the sabres are to drop a game I'd prefer it to be a western team. That being said I want them to domesticate these cheese bags. 1 6 Quote
