New leadership at the top, for both Terry & Kevyn.  The entire thing needs to be changed.  I'm sorry Terry, but it's gone past the return to any sort of acceptability.  Please do the right thing and sell the team.

This is the best I could come up with to shake things up.

Doan Thompson Tuch

Benson Norris Quinn

Zucker McLeod Östlund

Malenstyn Krebs Greenway/Dunne

It genuinely feels to me like the only way out starts with a new owner.  Outside players don’t respect the team.  We fear every good, established player on the roster is on the verge of bailing out.  Our stars aren’t star enough to carry the team for more than a game or two.  The coach isn’t the answer.  The AHL coach isn’t the answer. The GM is over his head.  We have quite a few good, young kids, but none of them project into stars.

IMO -

Terry hires a true POHO (Shanny?), lets him make all decisions on this team w 1st  steps:

- Fire KA Mc Palm-tax pants

- Get Karmo to make calls on trades.

- Let Lindy know we appreciate him & that we are moving on (now or end of season, pending):
    > Who’s available on coaching          carousel currently

    > Clean out the assistant coaches (sooner the better)

- Fix 3 G situation, bring up another skater

- Trade for some Veteran

This MAY start getting BUF more respect in league

Back when we lost but demanded respect 1991 Adams Div v MTL (popped in my feed, hmm feeding the algorithms).

Last year when Cozens was traded it seemed like there was mourning over his departure.  Do it again, not for the heck of it, but reinforce the message.

I'd never trade Dahlin (unless of course, he "didn't want to be here") but move Thompson out.  Pegula ain't selling the team, nor is Adams getting fired.  Even Ruff isn't going anywhere because the GM can't fire people without authorization and the job is so unattractive professionally speaking.

Seems like Pegula is waiting for the team to return from this road trip to fire Adams and insert Jarmo Kekalainen.   Then the acting GM can fire Ruff and stick someone else in there for the rest of the season.  There is no other NHL club that would not have already fired the coach and GM this season.

New GM and HC. Probably trade the whole roster and start a rebuild in earnest. This team has a losers mentality.

I'd fire both on the same day.  Give Jarmo an interim tag, and see if he can get torts to come here.  I don't particularly want torts, but i also don't want any of the assistants to be promoted.

Trade out - Tuch, Byram, UPL, Greenway

Minors - Ellis, u can trade him too TBH

In - Östlund, Rosen, Levi

It won't save the season, but i don't want adams trying to make anymore trades to improve this dumpster.  Get the short term money out, maximize your tuch return, and fire UPL into the sun.   I don't think it requires a tear down to the studs philosophy, but i'd probably let whoever is hired decide and I could probably go either way.

I like 90% of your plan.

The only thing missing on the 'out' column is Quinn.

Power I can still have SOME hope he can develop. Quinn, to me that experiment is DONE.

I picked trading TT, but it was a reaction to that play, or lack thereof, against Philly, where he lackadaisically went after the puck while on the PP and lost it to a defender, then basically stood there and watched.  He plays like he needs to conserve his energy over an 82 game season so he's got a full tank for the playoffs.
