Scottysabres
Ryan McLeod is considered the 2nd fastest player in the league. Definitely a top 6 player...... 4 2

Peter
I guess the off season did not actually end on July 1. Good to know. 3 1
Flashsabre
Totally out of left field and I really like it. Half the time I watched the Oilers play I would think McLeod was McDavid on the ice. He is that fast. Age fits timeline too. Great 3C. Size, great wheels, good defensively, can chip in offensively. Still think another move is coming. Where does Krebs fit in? Maybe an Ehlers deal is coming. 5 1

GASabresIUFAN
McLeod is making 2.1 and is an RFA after next season. I congratulate Adams on finally making a deal. I haven’t seen McLeod play much, but the deal seems fairly reasonable. McLeod is a real NHL player with 3 years of experience. He has improved each season. His contract is reasonable, the team still has control and he’s only 24. Faceoff % over 50% last year and was slight shaded to Dzone starts. 6 1

dudacek
Big, fast and pretty much the definition of a 3C. Won over 50% of his faceoffs as a 3rd-year player, which makes him the go-to for the Sabres. And just 24, so he fills that 3C window, now and moving forward. Matt Savoie, we barely knew ya. 6
Archie Lee
Very happy with this trade. Likely slots Krebs to line 4 and now we have 13 NHL forwards. Not earth shattering, but a solid move. 2

thewookie1
According to the Oilers, he's a very soft player. I hate overpaying regardless though; we're being torn a new one on the HFboards
