then you need to find a seamstress who has a machine that does cross stitching.    
 

I found out after that Hockey Life offers stitching as well.

Would suggest calling the Sabre Store.

Would expect the problem will be finding that sparkly gold material.  The navy should be pretty easy for a reputable seamstress to find.

Dave and Adams card world on Sheridan had blank 50th so maybe they have some lettering too?

FWIW, The Sabre store still does this. However with two new jerseys out there’s a 10 to 12 week wait.
