That, right there is why I am concerned with Krebs. That additional pass attempt back to Kulich was completely unnecessary. He needs to crank a one timer when he gets that pass.

If he ever develops a shot, he'll turn into a fair player.

I know it won't happen with this GM/coach and timeline because the team is all about youth still this year. But I can envision letting Krebs be the #1C in Rochester to start this season so he can work on completing his game with big minutes (PP1, PK), shot, full-time center, etc.

How does Comrie look

Has made some nice saves.  Couldn't do much on the 1st goal.

The 2nd was on a PP.  He had a clean look at the shot but there was a man open on back door & that likely distracted him.  (Had he completely played the shot, the BJ passes it for the tap in.)

Rosen looks about as passive as I'd imagined him to be before watching him in prospects camp. Kulich looks over his head as well, but I like how he isn't accepting that and fighting through. Kisakov seems to be the most effective of the 1st-timers.

Quinn and Peterka are better, but should be standing out more. Krebs has the most presence with speed and skill, but still makes too many mistakes.

Second was that much better than the first. Let's hope that continues.
