I hope you are feeling better. Are you taking any medications or just riding it out? Family members in California are getting hit a second time. This plague is going to be with us for a long time.

My parents just got it again also. Dad got one of the meds, mom did not as far as I know.

1st time I officially have it, felt like needles in my troat on sunday  + fever ( probably got it from colleague that thought it was his allergies/ hay fever).

Felt kinda stupid I didn't protect myself enough while working with him afterwards.    Just took some caugh sirup and I'm riding it out.   Fever and caugh were gone after 2 days, day 3 - 5 feeling tired mostly but now I feel good.   But I guess I will be sleeping a lot this week also.

Key will be do some long walks to build back stamina and lots of fluids... it helps you rebound faster from my experience.
