LGR4GM
I just noticed we don't really have Jack Quinn thread. Poor guy had mono and that really slowed him for the last month but he's back to being a force in the AHL. I'm hopeful to see him in a handful of games by the end of the month. He's currently in about 7th for the AHL scoring race while playing multiple games less than those above him. He's 3 points out of second and 8 points out of first if you count his 1g 1a night so far. 1
LGR4GM
Jack Quinn is 3rd in the entire AHL for ppg (min 10 games played) He's at 1.37ppg currently
Buffalonill
Some of us need to eat some crow now including me He's looking like pasta of the draft But i would have still taken Lundell
PerreaultForever
Well, Like many I had a number of players ahead of him but I hope his game translates to the NHL level sooner than later.
Dreams Burn Down
He certainly plays with some fire. If he could help to inject a little nastiness into the Sabres, then I'm all for it. When was the last time that the Sabres were a tough, physical team that teams hated to play against; the mid-to-late 90s, maybe?

mjd1001
I don't see him making a difference in the Big club this year...so....give him another callup before the end of the year...a week or 2 taste of the NHL...but other than that let him stay in Roch. And the other two, Tynan and Poturalski, are AHL vets with 7+ seasons of experience. Rossi is the next-best rookie with 1.09 pts/gm, followed by Krebs at 1.06.

Let's assume that Quinn becomes the player that many expect him to become. What players in the NHL would you compare him to from a style and potential production standpoint? Is equal parts playmaker and sniper. 2

Points/production wise … My expectations would be like Reinhart. A 55-65 points per year player. Not a very physical player. But not shy to lay the body once in a while like Okposo.

Quinn has a real nasty side.

Norcal
Quinns hat trick the other night was against an NHL caliber goaltender which makes it even better to me. That shot on his second goal 😍 The pass from Muel on the hattie goal was gorgeous too. Not to mention the bank shot off Mersch haha. I welcome his continued development.

He’s fought at least once , he’s always playing with a snarl. 4 hours ago, Zamboni said: No no not physically. Just production wise I can see him in the same neighborhood as Sammy.
