In one commercial she's supposedly "on ice" so walking like that is to be expected. But then she continues on through the whole commercial like that. I think she honestly isn't comfortable in walking in heals, and if that's the case, why did wardrobe dress her like that? Why did the director think it was acceptable? It's just puzzling. I guess they didn't stick. Jan has an annoying personality in the ads but at least she has a personality.
