Paste unformatted or Paste text only should work. Or paste into a .txt Text file first, then bring it into where you want to strip out the formatting. I'm using Chrome. Here in the Sabrespace text box the option (right-click) is Paste as plain text, but I think it could vary depending on the application/platform.
