PromoTheRobot
I was harsh with my assessment after the pilot episode but this has become a solid listening event. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/after-the-whistle-with-andrew-peters-craig-rivet/id1590573108?l=es
Zamboni
Does Andrew peters still have an uncanny knack of talking over people who are in the middle of talking? Because when he was on WGR… He would do that constantly with guests, and Rivet. For me that’s just a massive turn off.

In fact he stomped all over Elliotte Friedman when he was making some important points. Edited November 23, 2021 by PromoTheRobot
inkman
I loved Reevay’s line about targeting injured players.
woods-racer
We don't go out of our way to target injured players, but we went out of way to target injured players. 5 minutes ago, inkman said: I loved Reevay’s line about targeting injured players. I injured my upper body typing that.
Radar
I think when it comes to talking over people....have you watched Duff and Marty?? Personally I preferred Peters and company. Edited November 23, 2021 by Radar
pastajoe
I always found Rivet hard to listen to. He always had to get responses pulled out of him. Duff and Marty are more prepared.
Curt
I’ve enjoyed their new podcast, better than the radio show. They seem to have a little more freedom to speak their minds and they get to talk about more non Sabres stuff. Their interview with Alex Tuch was really good.

Digger
There's been some good interviews on the show and interesting content. I enjoy listening to them but I liked the Instigators show too. I'm happy that they are still very pro-Sabres when they talk about the team even though not sponsored any more. Roenick interviews have been good too. The podcast is easy to fast forward if they get on a tangent you don't want to listen to. No downside for me.

Petey brings up Tim Murray's drinking again. Gio diplomatically tries to dance around the locker room issues when he was captain, but it's easy enough to read between the lines. "There's groups, right? There's your bottom group that you need to change that aren't good for the group. There's your top group that is really good. Now you have that middle group that can go either way. Who do they connect with? Who do they get drawn by? Unfortunately those middle guys got drawn the wrong way. So now you're completely outnumbered'" $10 says the bad influence was Evander Kane. Edited May 13, 2022 by PromoTheRobot
