Within this link from Sabres.com is the roster listing for the Gold and Blue units. The blue unit played in the Columbus game so the Gold unit should be playing in the Detroit game. Per the Athletic link that Liger provided ( 🍺 again), presuming it is accurate, we know that at least 6 guys that played in C-Bus will also play tonight & also that Mittelstadt's line, Anderson, & a few others that would've been expected to play were they simply rotating the units won't play. When both Girgensons AND Ruotsalainen played in C-Bus wondered if we'd see both again tonight. We'll see R2 tonight & Cozens gets double duty as well instead of Z. Would like to know what Granato is looking to see from them tonight & why he chose to play them b-t-b. Murray, Quinn, Peterka, & Weisbach getting another look as well. Some other Q's that come up with this very young lineup tonight. Wonder if Okposo will only play 1 game as they know exactly what they'll get from him or if they want to let him try to gel more w/ new line mates. Wonder ifAnderson ends up in more than 1 as well. Does still not playing the Mitts line together in a game mean that Granato has seen enough in practice to know that's what he wants as the top line or is that still a work in progress as well.
