Linus Ullmark: signs with Boston Bruins

Any goalie that can finish above .500 on that mess of a team last year deserves an overpayment, especially considering we have so much money to spend to get to the floor. If the Bruins offered him ridiculous money, maybe I can understand

Terry Pegula’s money is not as green as everyone else’s at this point. What’s the point of having a billionaire for an owner if people won’t take his money. And don’t tell me at least he’s keeping them in Buffalo, that is not enough.

KA needed to overpay to keep him and chose not to do so.

Although to be fair we don't know what Ullmark would've accepted, and it might've been an outrageous number, since Ullmark was negotiating with the Sabres for the past few weeks, there almost certainly was a deal he would've taken.

I'll say it again:  if KA doesn't have and execute a good Plan B for goaltending, he'll be, until he proves otherwise, just the latest bozo GM that TP has handed the reins to.

So, what goalies are still available in FA?

Rask, Dubnyk, Schneider, McElhinney, Nilsson

Anderson and Rinne are retiring

Their best choice might be to try and convince Ryan Miller from retirement?

Any chance for Kuemper?

I would think its going to be a fight between Buffalo and Colorado for him now
