Role players obviously win cups not goal scorers. Gmka is a moron to accept a lottery protected 1st and a crap shoot of a goalie prospect. Now, is it possible the team will as awful as some fear? I guess so, but I more look at this team as improving as the season goes on, and would put them near 75 points for the year. That isn't good, but its not as bad as we have seen in the past also. Of course, the 2 biggest factors impacting that are still unknown....what are you getting for Jack? and who is in net? He's a 4th line PK player... They aren't signing anyone of note, because no one of note will come here. Also you complain about okposo, skinner and o'reilly and he literally had nothing to do with any of those moves. They can't extend reinhart, so why keep him?
