They've already dumped Goodrow, Gourd, & Johnson and replaced them w/ Elliot & Bogosian on essentially league minimum deals & Seabrook who technically is expensive but will never play. Technically they're over the regular season cap by ~$3.8MM w/ 19 guys signed. But really they're ~$3MM under w/ 18 signed. Cap'll be tight but they'll make it work. Again.
