I don't think either of the takes above get it quite right with regard to what Allen said about the COVID-19 vaccinations. I've said my piece about it upthread. Allen definitely related an unwarranted level of vaccination skepticism, and made  some vague reference to "stats" in order to substantiate his view.

I don’t know, I listened to it again and I don’t see it as vaccine skepticism as much as the right to choose. I do think it’s surprising that he admits to not being very informed on the subject.

I think he just wasn't prepared to talk about it. While it was less than ideal I think his only real mistake was continuing to talk about it instead of just giving a basic response then deflecting. As someone who wants to kick anti-vaxxers in the shins I didn't have much of an issue with it. In a perfect world he already has his shot(s) and is convincing teammates to do the same.

Jordan Poyer was in my DMs spitting anti-vax conspiracy theories about a month ago so that was some adventure. Hopefully a mic never gets in front of him on the subject.

I figured that that would apply to Trevor Lawrence.

Jacksonville had to tarp over parts of its stadium in the blackout era just to get games on TV.

Also, Urban Meyer is throwing a lifeline to Tebow.

1, I wasn't aware of this. Clearly they were the NFL's version of us this season.

2, good catch. I hadn't thought about that until you mentioned it. Timbo would still have to make the roster and not get cut.

If all the reported leaks are correct, the Bills will play at Saints on Thanksgiving Night (11/25), then 11 days before their next game - MNF (12/6) at home vs. Patriots.

And then I found out that the Bills will play WFT this season. Let's blow them out so bad that their fans will eventually switch the F and T once and keep it there.

Why the animosity toward a fairly non-descript football team?
