Players don’t just take any shot but instead they wait and set up for the premium chances In overtime, similar to the power play, players should retain possession until that golden opportunity presents. How is that the Sabres don’t seem to realize that puck possession is critical in OT? In simple terms, if you don’t lose possession you can’t lose OT.
