They did such a great job of vindicating themselves as true champions this year. I can't even imagine how satisfying that must be for their players and coaching staff. In 2018, UVa was the top seed and became the only #1 seed to ever lose to a #16 seed (and didn't just lose but got hammered). Just like Tampa got swept by Columbus last year. Bogo was scratched during games in the final. I'm not happy for them OR upset at them, I don't know them personally. They won. Mostly I don't care, but the "because Buffalo" crowd will put it on the table and it's annoying. I agree @Thorny they are much different in significance, but both were massive failures here and I put that on the player, not the GMs/owners.
