Randall Flagg
Boudreau, Gallant, Laviolette, Babcock is an interesting pool to choose from for teams getting ready to fire coaches.

...
We are definitely not firing our coach. I can see our GM being fired and the new GM agreeing to keep RK on as head coach.

miles
This is not surprising. Although it's not his fault, but the team has been average at best the several years

Boudreau is a good coach, I believe. Hasn’t had a great deal of success in the playoffs, but I can’t see how that would affect Buffalo at all. Well, considering Minnesota is 7-3-1 in their last 11, it is a safe bet 1 of them will be announced as the next head coach tomorrow morning. I'd go w/ Gallant, but that SOB Lavialette would be a good choice as well.

Why would an organization that has missed the playoffs for nearly a decade want to hire a coach who has a lengthy track record of constantly making the playoffs in multiple organizations?
