That MOA line is gonna get crushed methinks.

If the coach does his job and picks their spots, they won't.

They need to keep the shifts short (especially in the 2nd) and avoid icings.  If they get caught out there long, yeah, things could get ugly quickly.

Saying Mitts will move to the wing and let Asplund center is the best news I’ve heard on the Sabres for a while. Long overdue.

The report isn't that Krueger said Mittelstadt will move to wing.  The report is RK said he COULD move to wing.  The difference is subtle but significant. ?

He needs to make it happen if he wants to retain respect from the fans over the course of the season, IMHO. Doing this would indicate he actually has a pulse and something resembling a spine.

It will be Jokiharju because this team is apparently run by the flying monkeys from the Wizard of Oz.

While not arguing against your point, but only adding to it: because the flying monkeys have backed themselves into a corner, they can not sit McCabe, Risto or Scandella because those are the ones they are likely shopping. Even those monkeys know sitting a guy they have up for sale would be a bad look.

Something is wrong when I’m happy Larsson is back in the lineup

Larsson in a 4th line role over John Gilmour is definitely something to be happy about.

What was funny watching Gilmour - his hands were so good as a defenseman, and they looked dreadful playing forward. The skill sets for the two positions are so different

The hands work naturally when you're comfortable and confident in your position. He was probably thinking too much about where he needed to be.
