Some sites probably adapt (the disclaimer) and others just punt and deny access to the Europe block of IP addresses. This is one of those times it'd be nice to have one government so these things don't happen (auto safety regs are another so we Americans could get the cool cars), but we all know how good the USA is at being an equal partner on the world stage.
