Sabres coaches are hired to be fired.  After Ruff, Bowman is second with 369 games, Muckler 3rd at 268.  The 2nd longest coach without also serving as GM is Floyd Smith at 241 games.  

Technically Smith is our second coach. He coached one game in 1972.

Floyd Smith is actually third (of non GM coaches).  I forgot TN's had two stints with 308 games.
