I think Melnyk gave him the Gallant treatment and his players worked hard but there was dissension in Ottawa's locker room. I'll take him easily over Phil, not even a question to me. Melnyk may be a worse ownership disaster than TPegs. At least Melnyk had a talented roster that blew apart with the Karlsson issue and Boucher got a raw deal due to the divided locker room.
