I love how when the other team scores we have to argue about what one player was responsible.

Only if it's such an egregious error that it can be boiled down to one player's mistake.

Plenty of goals have been a team effort.

Stop. It was entirely Risto. Turning the puck over left everyone out of position.

This is where +/- is a deserved stat. Risto deserves his minus there.

I thought this was the season Ristolainen finally began to clear up his own zone work --- finally Dahlin could help keep him fresh with fewer PP minutes, McCabe, Bogo and Scandella, I thought Pilut would come up the 2nd half of the season, and Risto could play fewer minutes and get to a positive side 5 on 5. It was not to be, statistically.

The turnover was on Risto. Jack once again shows no desperation in his game... could’ve played the body hard, instead of softly laying his stick in their, while peeling off.

Going back and rewatching the goal, doesn't look like Jack has enough time to get on the body as the Islander player is sending the puck out shortly after Jack realizes Risto has turned the puck over.

I think the 2nd replay angle from above/behind the blueline tells the truth
