I'm intrigued, somewhat, but our middle six wingers are garbage and you can rearrange a pile of ***** as much as you'd like but at the end of the day it'll still be a pile of *****. ERod, Sheary, Smith, Pommers, Girgensons, KO, Larry, Sobotka; they are all 3rd/4th line players on a good team. Tage and a Mitts are 3rd line players at this stage of their development. I don't like Thompson on the 4th line, would rather see him swapped out with Pommers or Okposo. Is it just throwing stuff at the wall, is it trying to mix things up (Eichel/Skinner have not been producing as of late) or is it showcasing? I thought he was not bad on the checking line with Girgs and Larsson (with Larry out we have a big problem!).
