Probably because Skinner looked very bad on the 1st 2 attempts & Lundqvist had alreeady made 3 more saves than he needed to win the event when Skinner finally did beat him.

That, and a little bit of "Housley still hasn't figured out the optimal manpower deployment" thingy yet thrown on top for good measure.

Ah, Skinner had shot twice before?  Didn't know that.

Maybe I am old-fashioned, but I really do not like the puck tracker and player graphics.  Makes me feel like I am watching a stupid video game!

Hey NHL - just about everybody now has high-def 1080 televisions....we can see the puck just fine without the stupid tracker!

I don't have any puck tracker or player graphics on my feed.

In other news, I think they cut Eichel's microphone after he swore on air!

Yeah, you must have a different feed.  I'm watching NBCSN and there was no Eichel mic.

I've got a friend who insists that Skinner only had one attempt.  I didn't watch it.  Got anything for me?

Interesting...you might be lucky you're not watching NBC.  I fear we'll see the reincarnation of Peter Puck during game 3.

Sportsnet from Canada.

The one thing I do like about the puck tracker is you can see how close the shot was to the net and which direction it came at the net/goalie.

Don't tell me that you also want to see them colorize the tracker too....remember when the color would turn red when the speed of the puck exceed some MPH? :)
